You Are Not Alone.

The Sugar Psychologist

A Psychologist who understands.

A psychologist just for sex workers and sugar babies? Yes! I consult to women who do sex work or sugar, or used to, or want to, or want to transition to the next chapter of your life. You have probably already noticed that the factors that affect your reactions to clients or frustrate your financial success are the same ones affecting your personal life: Setting boundaries, anxiety, negotiating relationships, self-esteem, motivation, people-pleasing, ADHD/ time management, and more. Let’s see if we can help you transition from just surviving to flourishing. How can you become your future self, a woman with a flourishing-oriented career and personal life?

I am a clinical psychologist licensed in California. And if you reside in California or outside the United States, one option might be clinical treatment (like for eating disorder, body dysmorphia, etc.). However, more commonly, and for those who live in the US but not in California, our work will not be clinical: That means we are not focused on making or treating a diagnosis. It’s not psychotherapy: Instead, we’re focusing on what is important to you, looking at what’s holding you back from becoming your future self, from flourishing, whether in your work or personal life.

You might want to consult a handful of times. You might decide you want to retain me as a long term addition to your success team, your pit crew. Either way, this is practical work, with an emphasis on empowerment and clarity, delivered with encouragement and supportiveness. I’m like your private concierge on your journey to become your future self. Your personal museum curator (of you! Getting clarity to see your own worth.) One client calls me her personal fire-walking coach. Another call see her private curate (if you’re spiritually inclined). Psychologist

Every patient who comes to me wonders, to some degree, the same two things about their emotional pain: “How will I ever get through this? And, will it always feel so lonely like this while I’m in pain?” And the answer assuredly is, “No, you do not have to do this alone. I will come with you, and we will find the way through.”

I like getting to help other people in the very way that other people previously helped me. And I like the idea that later, the people I help, will help others. And so it passes on…
